Title A Resolution for the purpose of amending the Guidelines for the Mitigation of Adequate Public Facilities for Public Safety Infrastructure. Background The County Council adopted CR-78-2005 approving Guidelines for the Mitigation of Adequate Public Facilities for Public Safety Infrastructure (“Guidelines”). This resolution amends the “Guidelines” concerning the test procedures and mitigation provisions for fire response times. THIS RESOLUTION WAS NOT ADOPTED.
