Title: AN ACT CONCERNING HISTORIC AGRICULTURAL RESOURCE PRESERVATION PROGRAM - APPLICABILITY - ELIGIBILITY for the purpose of revising certain eligibility requirements of the Historic Agricultural Resource Preservation Program to certain archaeological, historical, or social artifacts that were discovered on land directly adjacent to property that is located outside of the County Growth Policy Boundary and is within the Rural Tier in accordance with current development policies approved by the District Council for the physical development of land in Prince George's County.

Title

Background

This bill amends provisions within Subtitle 29 of the Prince George's County Code to expand the current applicability and eligibilty requirements for the County's Historic Agricultural Resource Preservation Program ("HARPP").
