Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING REVITALIZATION TAX CREDIT - COLUMBIA RUN (FORMERLY PATRIOTS LANDING) for the purpose of approving the Columbia Run residential development, proposed by Pennsylvania Avenue 2006, LLC, as a revitalization project qualifying for revitalization or redevelopment tax credit, as provided in Section 10-235.02 of the Prince George's County Code.

 

Background

The proposed legislation is to approve the Columbia Run residential development as a revitalization project that qualifies for a revitalization or redevelopment tax credit pursuant to Section 10-235.02 of the County Code.  Pennsylvania Avenue 2006, LLC has made application for property consisting of 5.04 acres of land at Maury Avenue and Devitt Place, Oxon Hill, Maryland where a total of 63 townhouse residential dwelling units will be constructed.
