Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE URBAN CENTERS AND CORRIDOR NODES DEVELOPMENT AND ZONING CODE OF PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY for the purpose of removing an obsolete Subtitle of the County Code.

 

Background

In accordance with the Council's enactment of CB-13-2018 to enact the text of a new Zoning Ordinance for Prince George's County, this bill will repeal the provisions of Subtitle 27A of the County Code wholesale as obsolete.
