Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGNS for the purpose of permitting the reconstruction, extension, or relocation of Outdoor Advertising Signs (“Billboards”) that have been certified as Nonconforming Uses in Prince George’s County, under certain specified circumstances.

 

Background

This bill will amend the requirements in the Zoning Ordinance for Outdoor advertising sign ("Billboard") uses that have been certified as nonconforming by the County, specifically, to allow reconstruction/restoration/reestablishment of the use without enlargement, extension, or relocation, as well as replacement, under specified conditions, with a Digital billboard sign use.
