A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN: FY 2015 for the purpose of amending the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 to include a new, eligible HOME Investment Partnerships Program ("HOME") activity, the Rainier Manor Phase II senior rental housing project and approving the reallocating and commitment of $850,000 in HOME funds from the FY 2015 Annual Action Plan for this activity.
Background
This legislation will amend the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 and approve the reallocation and commitment of $850,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program ("HOME") funds to a new, eligible activity, the Rainier Manor Phase II senior rental housing project. This Resolution requires a minimum of one public hearing under the "County's Citizen Participation Plan: FY 2011-2015" because it is a new, eligible HOME activity not originally funded or described in Annual Action Plans approved in prior years.
