Title
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN: FY 2015 for the purpose of amending the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: Fiscal Year ("FY") 2015 to include a new, eligible HOME Investment Partnerships ("HOME") Program activity, the Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. ("HIP") Homes Program and approving the reprogramming and reallocating of $500,000.00 in HOME funds from the FY 2010, FY 2011, FY 2012 and FY 2013 Annual Action Plans approved in prior years for this activity.
Background
This Resolution will amend the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: Fiscal Year ("FY") 2015 and approve the reprogramming and reallocating of $500,000.00 in HOME Investment Partnerships ("HOME") Program funds from the FY 2010, FY 2011, FY 2012, and FY 2013 Annual Action Plans approved in prior years for a new, eligible activity: the HIP Homes Program.  This Resolution requires a minimum of one public hearing under the "County Citizen Participation Plan: FY 2011-2015" because the HIP Homes Program is an addition of an eligible activity not originally funded or described in the FY 2015 Annual Action Plan.
