Title: A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE LANDOVER METRO AREA AND MD 202 CORRIDOR SECTIONAL MAP AMENDMENT for the purpose of approving, as an Act of the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland, sitting as the District Council, for that part of the Maryland-Washington Regional District in Prince George’s County, the Landover Metro Area and MD 202 Corridor Sectional Map Amendment (“SMA”), thereby setting forth and adopting detailed zoning proposals for the Landover Metro Area, which is a portion of Planning Areas 69 and 72, and is composed of approximately 528.5 acres of land focused primarily on the MD 202 corridor right-of-way from slightly west of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway to Barlowe Road and the commercial, institutional, and multifamily properties along that portion of the corridor.
