Title: AN ACT CONCERNING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT - DEPUTY SHERIFF’S ASSOCIATION OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, INC. Title

AN ACT CONCERNING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT - DEPUTY SHERIFF’S ASSOCIATION OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, INC. (CIVILIAN UNITS) for the purpose of approving the labor agreement by and between Prince George's County, Maryland and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Prince George's County, Inc. (Civilian Units), to provide for wages and certain other terms and conditions of employment for personnel classifications certified by the Prince George's County Public Employee Relations Board.

 

Background

Prince George's County, Maryland (the County) and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Prince George's County, Inc. (Civilian Units), have completed labor negotiations on a two-year labor agreement covering Fiscal Years 2023 and 2024.  This Bill is to adopt and approve the referenced collective bargaining agreement in accordance with Section 16-233(f) of the Personnel Law.
