Title

AN ACT CONCERNING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT - FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY LODGE 89, INC. for the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and between Prince George’s County, Maryland and the Fraternal Order of Police, Prince George’s County Lodge 89, Inc., to provide for wages and certain other terms and conditions of employment for personnel classifications initially certified by the Prince George’s County Public Employee Relations Board and amended from time to time by the Office of Human Resources Management.

 

Background

Prince George's County, Maryland and the Fraternal Order of Police, Prince George’s County Lodge 89, Inc., have completed labor negotiations on a two-year labor agreement covering Fiscal Years 2025 and 2026.  This Bill is to adopt and approve the referenced collective bargaining agreement in accordance with Section 16-233(f) of the Personnel Law.

 

A fiscal impact statement will be provided by the Office of Management and Budget.
