Title

AN ACT CONCERNING SMALL WIRELESS FACILITIES for the purpose of authorizing and regulating the installation and implementation of certain small wireless telecommunications facilities in the County.

Background

The proposed legislation creates the regulatory framework for the installation of small wireless facilities in the County. The legislation amends the existing Telecommunications Code to include small wireless facilities and also amends the Road Code to allow the installation of small wireless facilities within the County right-of-way.
