Background
The Redevelopment Authority of Prince George's County is applying for approximately $500,000.00 in Community Legacy funds to carry out the Kentland/Palmer Park Transforming Neighborhoods Initiative Revitalization Program (the "Program").  The Program will provide restoration improvements to existing residential properties, such as: exterior paint, window and frame replacements, door and shutter replacements and landscaping enhancements.  The Program will also include purchasing vacant/abandoned properties and rebuilding new homes to contribute to the reinvestment and revitalization for this area.
