Title

(SUBDIVISION BILL) AN ACT CONCERNING PRELIMINARY PLAN REQUIREMENTS - EXEMPTIONS for the purpose of adding an exemption to the requirements for preliminary plan of subdivision approval within the County Subdivision Regulations applicable to certain conversions of condominium townhouse dwelling units to record lot townhouse dwelling units, under certain specified circumstances.

Background

The County Subdivision Regulations, as set forth in Section 24-108(a) therein, provide certain exemptions from the general preliminary plan of subdivision requirement for development.  This bill will provide an additional exemption for certain conversions of previously approved condominium townshouse dwelling units to record lot townhouse unts in the County.
