Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS, COUNCIL 67, AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME), AFL-CIO, AND ITS AFFILIATED LOCAL 241 (SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS) SALARY SCHEDULE X for the purpose of amending the Salary Plan of the County to correct the wage rates posted in the Scheduled Pay Rate chart effective July 1, 2022 as adopted previously by CR-67-2022.

 

Background

This legislation will amend the wage rates posted in the Minimum column on the two Scheduled Pay Rate charts found in AFSCME 241 Salary Schedule X that were inadvertently posted incorrectly.  The Salary Schedule was previously adopted pursuant to Council Resolution 67-2022 and needs to be amended at this time to reflect the correct wages.
