Background

This Resolution will direct Planning Board to initiate a countywide functional master plan, The Countywide Master Plan of Transportation, in order to implement the approved development policies in the current General Plan for the County, Plan Prince George’s 2035. The Resolution also approves, in accordance with the provisions of Part 13 of the County Zoning Ordinance, Goals Concepts Guidelines and and Public Participation Plan to guide the project.
