Title

AN ACT CONCERNING FIRE SAFETY for the purpose of amending the Prince George’s County Fire Safety Code and Specific Civil Penalties to increase the fire inspection fees and civil monetary fine and amend language generally relating to Fire Safety.

 

Background

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Prince George’s County Fire Safety Code to increase the fire inspection fees established in 2006, and civil monetary fine to coincide with current inflation rates. Additionally, the bill seeks to update language throughout Subtitle 11.
