Title An Act concerning Intradepartmental Transfer of Appropriations and Supplementary Appropriations for the purpose of transferring General Fund Non-Departmental appropriations from Contingency to Grants and Transfer Payments in order to provide funds for a transfer to the Special Revenue Fund for Economic Development Incentive; declaring additional revenue; and appropriating to the Internal Service Fund and Special Revenue Fund to provide funds for costs that were not anticipated and included in the Approved Fiscal Year 2012 Budget Background This legislation provides for an intradepartmental transfer of appropriation authority totaling $50 million from Non-Departmental Contingency funds to the Grants and Transfer Payments in order to provide funding for the Economic Development Incentive Fund. This transfer will not change the FY 2012 approved General Fund budget total of $2,650,676,800. Additionally, the legislation includes supplemental appropriations to the Information Technology Internal Service and Economic Development Incentive Special Revenue funds.
