Title
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN:  FY 2013 for the purpose of amending the Prince George's County Housing and Community Development Annual Action Plan:  FY 2013 to include the Gateway at Brentwood project and the reprogramming of $1,747,597 in HOME Investment Partnerships ("HOME") funds from the FY 2005, FY 2006, FY 2007, FY 2010, FY 2011, FY 2012, and FY 2013 annual action plans for this project.

Background
This resolution will amend the Prince George's County Housing and Community Development Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Action Plan to include "The Gateway at Brentwood" project and approve the reprogramming of $1,747,597 of HOME funds from FY 2005, FY 2006, FY 2007, FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2012 annual action plans for this project.  Pursuant to Section 15A-105(a)(2) of the County Code, the FY 2013 Annual Action Plan must be amended to include the estimated cost of projects, the total cost to bring them to completion, and an identification of the sources of funds.  This resolution requires a minimum of one public hearing under the "County Citizen Participation Plan:  FY 2011-2015," because it changes the use of HOME funds from one activity to another and approves funding for a new activity.
