Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSOLIDATED PLAN: FY 2016-2020 AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN: FY 2016 for the purpose of amending the Prince George’s County Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and the Prince George’s County FY 2016 Annual Action Plan by including the Section 3 Action Plan.

Background

This Resolution will amend the Prince George’s County Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2016 - 2020 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and FY 2016 Annual Action Plan by including the Section 3 Action Plan.

 

Pursuant to Subtitle 15A of the Prince George’s County Code, the County Executive shall prepare on behalf of Prince George’s County and submit to the County Council for approval: (1) a Five Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan; (2) an Annual Action Plan and Statement of Community Development Objectives and Projected Use of Funds; and (3) a Section 3 Action Plan, to implement Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended (“Section 3”).
