Background
CASA de Maryland, Inc. ("CASA") submitted its application to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for approximately $131,264.11 in Community Legacy Program funds to carry out its Somos Langley Park Internet Hotspot Project (the "Project").  The Project will create an internet hotspot to bridge the digital divide for thousands of low-income families in Langley Park.  The Project will establish and implement this internet hotspot covering a two-block radius surrounding CASA's Multicultural Center and offer services to thousands of disadvantaged households.
