AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LCD ZONE for the purpose of authorizing the issuance of grading permits in the LCD Zone under certain circumstances.

Background

The bill seeks to support the development of uses in the Legacy Comprehensive Design (LCD) Zone by permitting the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement (DPIE) to issue a grading permit for properties with an approved Comprehensive Design Plan (CDP). The grading permit must be limited to installing utilities, streets, stormwater management facilities, and lot grading based on the approved CDP or Tree I Conservation Plan.
