Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SHORT-TERM RENTALS for the purpose of adding and defining the term Short-Term Rentals and its permitted uses in the Zoning Ordinance; and generally regarding Short-Term Rentals.

 

Background

This legislation is adding and defining the term Short-Term Rentals and as a permitted uses in the Zoning Ordinance.  The bill will specifically allow short term rentals in the zoning ordinance as a permitted accessory use in the Industrial, Mixed Use, Residential and Commercial Zones to specifically allow short-term rentals as an accessory use in the zoning ordinance.
