Background

This Charter Amendment Bill provides that the County Executive shall require mandatory biennial data collection and reporting of the County workforce. County workforce data shall be collected and reported by age, race, ethnicity, sex, job category, and salary band. The County Executive shall submit the County workforce data report to the Council and to  the State Legislative Delegations.
