Title A Resolution amending the Salary Plan of the County to reflect pay rates and other modified benefits for General Schedule Employees. Background This Resolution amends the Salary Plan for General Schedule Employees with the following modifications: bonus payments for Fiscal Years 2012 and 2013, restoration of language establishing the annual leave cap at 360 hours, special compensation for Construction Standards Inspector and related classes of work, military leave, supplemental pension plan changes for employees hired on or after July 1, 2012 and changes to the health care flexible spending account. The proposed salary plan amendments were submitted to the County Council by the County Executive on March 23, 2012. Pursuant to Section 903 of the Charter, if the Council fails to take final action on the proposed salary plan before May 21, 2012, the salary plan shall stand approved.
