Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE REVENUE AUTHORITY OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY FISCAL YEAR 2023 OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM for the purpose of approving the Capital Improvement Program of the Revenue Authority of Prince George's County for Fiscal Years 2023-2028, prepared pursuant to the authority contained in Subtitle 21A of the Prince George's County Code and providing comments on the proposed Operating Budget of the Authority for Fiscal Year 2023.

 

Background

In Fiscal Year 2023, the Revenue Authority’s capital expenditures authorized is $162,800,000. This resolution approves the proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget for the Revenue Authority.

 

The Revenue Authority is required to submit its proposed Operating Budget to the Council for comments. This resolution states the Council’s concurrence with the FY 2023 Operating Budget of $41,393,800 and the Capital Improvement Program Budget for FY 2023-2028.
