Background

Section 27-2503 of the Zoning Ordinance sets forth procedures for the proposal, consideration, and approval of minor amendments to approved area master plans and concurrent sectional map amendments. This Resolution will approve, pursuant to the local zoning laws, a minor amendment to the sectional map amendment within the 2006 Henson Creek-South Potomac Area Master Plan and Sectional Map Amendment.
